All orders subject to review and approval of seller, which approval shall be granted within 30 days of date of order.

All orders are subject to approval of buyer's credit.

Seller may request deposit on orders where buyer does not meet seller's credit criteria.

All approved orders shall be delivered to seller's best ability, but in no event shall seller be liable for failure to deliver any portion of approved orders where failure to deliver is due to circumstances beyond seller's control.

Completion date shall mean the last day on which merchandise may be shipped against this order.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

No returns will be accepted unless authorized by written consent.
